All I can remember is
That solemn look on your face
When u turned around
To walk out on me
Thinkin I could be replaced
What happened to forever
All of our hopes and dreams?
Anticipation of u and I together
Was never what it seemed
Is this the time,
That Im supposed to say
Things happen for a reason?
Cuz thoughts of u still invade my day
And all I picture is you leaving

I can recall you were the only
Love that I knew
Now I spend all of my days just
Thinkin of u, I think of u
I woud've done anything u
Wanted me to
Your promises of forever will never do

Why is it,when I cry
Your presence seems so near
I look for you in hidden signs
But never are you near
Now sorrow consumes most of my time
Somehow it's all my fault
For letting you walk over me
Ignoring every lesson taught
How could you say good-bye to
The only true love you'll ever know
Was it easy for you to look straight at me
Then just turn your head and go?

I can reacall you were the only
Love that I knew
Now I spend all of my days just
Thinkin of u,I think of u
I would've done anything you
Wanted me to
But your promises of forever will never do
They'll never do
