These things that I feel,
I cant help but know that they are true
the love in my heart that just wont go away.
No matter how hard I try and forget you,
you are always still there
you make me smile when I am sad
you make me laugh when I am hurt
even if the hurt comes from you.
You poke, you prod, you pick, and you tease,
but I know that all comes from your love for me.
You will never admit it, neither to yourself nor anyone else,
but I know that its true.
I see it in your eyes when you look in my direction.
I see it in your body when it quivers to my touch.
I see it in your soul when it reverberates in time with mine.
I know you love me,
so you never have to say it.
I know you love me,
so you never have to show it.
It is just understood between us,
and thats
ok.
