I am the breath
You forgot to take
When you woke
In the middle of the night
Disrupted by dreams
I am the acceptance
Of a love
That was turned away
To shield an ego
Not gently bruised
So who I am to you?
Do you know my name?
When I crept into your heart
Did you know I came?
Did you feel me love you?
Hold onto your fears?
Wipe the worry off your face
And make it dissapear?
Who am I to you?
When the day is done?
Whenever you call me,
I will always come
