She's like the last word in a novel,
the epithet of climax...
her love, like a glove,
that fits snug, ever proceeding...
Immortal, love.
Vast blue oceans would barely compare
to her sapphire eyes' stare
and the sparkle lights more in me
than a thousand stars on a cloudless night.
Like the loneliness of a crowded room
suddenly blooming with the presence of One,
that the romance of cuddling by fireside
barely scratch the comparison of her.
A love unlike addiction, an obsession of passion
as if rain fell from the heavens
and the dew drops lay in a kiss
of imputed desire...
Angel face, a smile that invokes compassion
in a fast paced world
and as time stands still;
a moment passes that displaces
all the wrong doing of the world.
If simple words that come to mind
could only describe
the feelings within...
I love you.
