Memories surround me, in this time of great need
for there is great turmoil, in taking of the lead
and of what was taught, moves you in the right direction
the biggest challenge of your life, must get great attention
Its a struggle every day, worth every second
missing the way it was, learning these life's lessons
no use in crying, its a ride containing this pain
speeding down the tracks, how can I stop the train?
Loss of a life
loss of a friend
loss of your guidance, seams like the end
But I know, you've gone off to greener pastures
and the poison grows, infecting, spreading faster
In your name, I name him too
wont be the same, but what else can I do?
there's nothing I wouldn't do, to glance and wave
but now there's a hole, and it cant be saved
thinking back on all we've built
making no sense, and laced with guilt
the blinds are shut
my hands are cold
my eyes are shut
I'm growing older

Sorry for the loss........your words are beautiful and saddening.......but true......Again sorry.....hangs head for I have lost alot in the past 4 yrs.........Hope all is better....need to vent .message me
