Agony, pain, suffering
Stormed into my life
At a time when things were
Supposed to still be good
I made mistakes that cost me
More than you could ever know
I created a new me after
That was basically just a shell
But then i contacted him again
Re-connected, and tried to mend
It took some time
But all was time well spent
A miracle was granted to me,
The most unworthy of them all,
I was forgiven and then given
A type of a second chance
Difficult and shaky
It still can sometimes be
But in my mind
We're getting there
Wherever that may be
To see him'll be heaven
To hug will be an honour
Cuz one of these days I'll fly to him
To make the dream come true
There's no greater desire I could have
Then to be close to him
It's my wish, my craving, my aspiration
And one day it'll come true
He's amazing, he's perfect
Phenomenal and devine
I don't deserve the gift this time
My only chance left to have
This time it'll be different
Whether we're aaf together
Or just real good friends
My second chance
The sole remaining one
I will not and cannot
Do wrong to it
For his sake, and mine,
I refuse to let this fail again
