I don't understand this
I stood beside you
Seems to me we're in a crisis
Maybe I should have left.

I watched you walk away
Your back was always cold
Your footsteps begin to mold
Is there nothing you can say?

When have I ever
Left you to cry alone
The answer is never
You turned your back on me.

I watched you walk away
Your back was always cold

I watched you walk away
Fading in the distance
You walked away from me
When I had something to say.
