With a shattered heart
With an injured soul
With a miserable life
With lost feelings
One thing is really obvious
My life is empty
My life is messed up
My soul is ripped out
Mt heart is trashed
My thoughts are lost
I feel so empty
My existence is a mistake
My love is a lie
My pain is pleasure
My end is near
The world feels so empty

Sad write, structured well.
We all feel this way at times, that is natural. It is what we do with those feelings later that counts. We can lie down or we can get up and do something to improve the way we see life and the way we feel.
