Twisting in the wind
Hanging like a thread
Burning like a fire
Singed edges from the flames

Burnt before we have been
Emotion hanging from our edge
Why dont we ever learn
Keep getting ourselves burnt

The fire and the flames burn
Emotions and desire burn like the flames
They disappear just as fast
We relight our desire trying to keep going

Twisting, burning, hanging
Desire, emotions, heart
All are the same and do the same
Will we learn to control the flames

They may never be controlled
For we cannot control
What we do not know
We can only live for the ride
