As a fog covers my hair, it begins
Smothering the undeniable pain
And so I continue to play the part
I can ignore my hunger for now anyways
No matter where I am, this is the state Im in
Even if you mean every lovely word you say
It isnt perfect and you know it
But I cant seem to find a way
You dont want to understand, that Im not what you thought
Imagining its you I dont love but its not
I am universally hated by my own hand
Never ever thought Id be this way
Pushing from what I thought I always have wanted
Then again I was never good at predicting
Just good enough to be forever contradicting
I arrange myself into halves, one uncertain of the others motives
Beneath the mask I have given them, they battle it out to the death
Maybe the feelings were halved, yes maybe thats it
Simply for they are equal in measure
Various in their perpetual unlikliness
And its here that my heart stops
For if my mind has split, I am uncertain
Time for the bomb to drop
Because if its uncertain...
Love it is not
