No one understands me
No one feels my pain
When I cry the tears
They fall down like rain
No one understands me
No one seems to care
When I look at him
Its just too much to bear
No one understand me
Life is like a play
Im reading lines from a script
Im in my own way
No one understands me
No one even asks
Theres always something wrong
But I try to were a mask
No one understands me
Its me and the knife
Its tempting me to cut
And take away my life
No one understands me
No one feels my woe
That knife is so tempting
Its beginning to glow
No one understands me
As I put away the blade
I realize someone does
God is coming to my aid
Some one understands me
Hes always been there
I just never saw it
Now I know He cares

this is horribly cliche, except the spiritual parts in the last two stanzas.
