Lost and alone
you deserted your home
cant find a reason
for the emptiness inside
consuming in all you did
you thought running would leave it
instead it followed
across boarders in hotels,
cabs and clubs
its grip tightins
and a saviour comes
sheltered in skin
red liquid life
and now you are whole
and the world is you home
there are others like you
accepting there fate
creatures of the night
the shadows clamp down
and drain you
of your red liquid life.
