Behind my laugh is a hurting heart.
Behind my smile Im falling apart.
This is true,
And its all because of you.
Youve made me hate myself,
Made me hate myself so terribly that I wanted to end this life.
I thought that I was angry with you
But it was really me the whole time.
Youre the one who changed me,
Made me so cold and empty.
But its not you I hateits me.
I hate that I wasnt strong enough.
I hate that I couldnt hold out longer.
I hate that I couldnt just walk away.
And I hate that I still love you,
Even after everything youve done.
I wish I could go back in time,
Erase everything that ever happened.
I dont want to remember you.
I dont want to hurt anymore.
I want to erase you from my memory
Because of all the pain youve caused me.
But its not you I hateits me.
