not even between
a blink of the eyes
can this be seen
so far away
so distant
my heartbeat
so distant
like a star
very faint in the night sky
many light years away
my embryonic moment
timeless
unseen
virginal seed
sets
me free
joined to
my incarnating mind
I climb the Tree of Life
and watch as the snake
sheds its skin
another heart beats
in the distance
so far away
so distant
