The mind expands beyond the skull, allowing one to see
Granting just a hint, a distortion of reality
The power to think different and the knowledge of beyond
A taste of the stuff that fills the voids between
Altered state of consciousness, outside yourself looking in
Truths are everywhere, waiting to be grasped
Begging to be seen, but remain hidden behind the thin vales
Traversing the ether, brushing by the edges of strange dimensions
They can be felt, almost touched, yet never reached
Only visited in astral dreams
