I remember the laughter

Topic: EmotionalPoetry

I remember the laughter
when I said
I love you.
I picked you up
when you were down
deep
into misery...
now your leaving just when I am in need.

I let you know
that I
never wanna let you go
that was
my first mistake,
I thought we were tight
making love all night
to you
everything I gave.
I never knew
you had a secret life
and the crewel lye
was that
you never really cared for me,
you should get a academy award
for the best acting in a movie.

I remember the laughter....

I remember the laughter
when I said
I love you.
You were just pretending
that you were needing me
you were undercover
secret agent ms.misery.
I remember the laughter
when I revealed my true feelings
and I'm
still in a daze
from the way you put me down....
I can hear giggling
as I stumble around like a clown.
