|
a perfect moment
while staring in the face of calamity
Like an ice cold breeze
rushing over you
after a hot summers day
making your hair stand on end
gasping for air
total shock to the system
Seeing a beautiful flower grow
amongst a bush of thorns
that look in your eyes
after we kiss
the sudden rush
when our finger tips meet
a moment so perfect
nothing else exist
one moment with you
that all I need

Ah, the sweet rush of the tactile and the seal of approval of the visual. Its moments like these that breeds poetry in everyone's heart.
