Even in the darkest times the love inside holds strong
But will it be enough to save him from himself
The gun is cold from the outside air
The metal slides under his chin, he pauses
Is this what needs to be done
Will it be better off, what will people think of him
Wow, On the brink of death he still cares what they think.
His finger now on the handle, not yet the trigger
Unsure as to whether to do it or not
What about his parents, will it matter
Ha theyll forget about him in a couple years wont they.
His finger slides to the trigger, its finally going to happen.
Will this make a point, will people get it.
He wont live without her, he cant
She walks into the room
In a rush he pulls the trigger
She will now remember him, never forget his face before he did it
God help us.
