Sharp, stabbing sensation
Separating my senses
Senses from emotions
Emotions emerging
even as i discover
That they still remain
Taking time to recover
From disuse and misuse
Miscues and abuse
Desiccated and frustrated
Unknown and unused
Pieces pulled from memories
Remembering reality
And how it burns my memory
Turning everything into nothing
Leaving ashes in its wake
Now everything is at stake
As my emotional remains
Are beginning to re awake
Recognizing the sensation
As compromising my situation
Difficulties and frustration
Bringing to my life complication
And riding on the winds
My angel without wings
Burning eyes causing desire
Setting my soul on fire
Riding the winds of change
And driving me insane
A new feeling that i invite
purposefully to spite
The people in my life
Who rely upon me
To live responsibly
