from the shores of Ireland she came Damaradeaella was her name long red hair and bright blue eyes wrote about doves and purple skies rolling green pastures in her dreams thoughts of old; of broken seams she brushes her locks, laces up her bodice this gentle fairie woman of the goddess dreams of ancestors old and new to herself, her clan, be true searching for a glimpse of tomorrow banishes her thoughts of pain and sorrow from whence she came, she shall return with an open heart and lessons to learn

That's so cool! My name's Damara!! lol... I definitely love this poem! Wow, I officially have the coolest name ever... and just think, I've always hated it... thanks for allowing me to like my name! Maybe I'll just tack that last bit onto the end and have a REALLY cool name! :D Great poem! I love the whole faerie gaelic thing, so this is awesome! Blessed be,

Dear Lady Dama, this poem is very interesting gives a little picture of your heritage, I suppose Damara deaella could be thought as a faery woman, who might have been a priestess of goddess Brigid. I don't know whether I am correct or not , any how I will try to check up.. thanks very neatly presented. "purple skies" does this word indicate" twilights".. I once again veryfy W.B.Yeats. O.k I could not recollect any thing now. But I love this poem. just the title reminds me some Druid women who were also learned like your ancesters....venkat |

Dear LadyDama, What a memento of the heritage of your family! I have quite a mix of ancestory that I probably will never quite know, but it inrigues me. Do you have red hair and blue eyes? My brother and one of my sons had the most gorgeous red hair, too. The red-heads pop up consistently generation after generation in my family and my husband's family, too. Very nice. I would like to meet this Irish Fairie. Her name alone sounds intriguing! Your descriptions are vivid and passionate. Great job.
