Bella,

when i sit and stare at the moon
that brilliant glow begins to sooth
soon i'm at ease and my mind is adrift
through thoughts of love and a family i sift
i think of where i am
and where i want to be
how i've always chased love
and the ways it eluded me
i thought i didn't need you
to fuel my success
but when your not with me
i simply regress
to a scared little boy
who can't stand on his own
extremely neurotic and accident prone
i think about one thing
i think you should know
you thank me, for being me
when to you thanks i owe

thank you, for making me... me.
