Bang.

Topic: SadPoetry

With the barrel pressed to your skin
The little girl inside you
Starts to tremble from within
Deep breaths, you'll be fine
The scent of prayers resonate from your lips
As the trigger moves up your spine
Will your so called God save you?
Or is it time to say farewell?
Better think back on the person you were
It's time to define your spot in heaven or hell
Are you scared?...You should be
Especially after all the things you did to me
It seems for you karma has gotten the best
As the barrel of the gun moves from back to front
And rests firmly against your chest
Are you thinking back?
Counting up all of your lies
You must remember all of your mistakes
Because I can see the tears beginning to swell in your eyes
But they won't save you
There's no more room for compassion
There's nothing left that you can do
It's all come full circle
And destiny has been set
It's too late to forgive
And it's too damn hard to forget
Justice now speaks through a revolver
Carrying a bullet laced with regret
Isn't that your name?
I guess it doesn't really matter
Because now it's all one in the same
The deception has posioned my percetion
I can no longer determine right from wrong
I'm so numb to the pain I'm neither weak nor strong
Look at what you put me through
Look at what you made me do
I'm sitting here holding a gun to you
Deep breaths...keep taking those deep breaths
I told you you'd be fine
This bullet is laced with regret
Because it's not yours...it's mine.
Bang.
