Im slippin into an emotional highway
seems like every day, is a rainy day
Im solid on these kids who bug me
i dont even care if i have to slug three
After all, its the land of the free
Another fight is just another sore on my knee
Its just an explosion of emotion
I need some sort of love potion
all of this heart break commotion
has my mind spinnin
look at the score, pains winnin
love is found through out flirting
but half the time it ends up hurting
i need a love bandaid
then i would have it made
Its just an explosion of Emotion
Its war, there droppin bombs in the ocean
Run, cry, the armies are in motion
i havent lived during a war yet
i wished i wouldent have to
after 9/11 war was a bet
now we have this new iraq threat
puttin these peoples lives in debt
another bomb, another life
better blown up right
then die by the knife
Its just an emotional Explosion

I really like the idea that there is a battle between you and pain and by looking at the score, we can see that the pain is winning - a very unique idea. I don't think I have ever seen that before.
The poem is very heartfelt and really hits home - I have felt like this.
Fantastic poem.
