The world is in pain
As disaster after disaster
Descend upon us
The world is crying
As the tears that flowed
Speaks a thousand words
Each with a sad story behind
The world is mourning
As its people are desperately
Wishing for miracles
The world has lost its shine
As grieve and sorrow took its place
But people of the world
Do not ever, ever lose faith
Believe and trust
We will see its glory days once again
