A fortress built so strong and tall Surrounds the man within The solid doors are locked and barred No way of getting in
I look up at the cold, stone wall I want to run away But when I think of whose inside I cannot help but stay
I pick and poke around the wall There are no cracks to see I check the lock upon the door But know Ill need a key
I touch and prod and nudge and push The wall seems made of lead Then from up high a rock falls free And hits me on the head
The wound from being harshly struck I know it will remain For now I give up on the wall One day Ill try again

nice write, if the wall wasn't so difficult to scale, it wouldn't be worth the effort ... never give up!
