Heartless confession to lift the weight from your chest
This life your living will never keep you satisfied
But you wont give up on these addictions that hold you hear
So you look for answer in books filled with blank pages
You know the words that fit the emptiness
But you cant bring yourself to fill them in
So youll slave away trying to better a life you care nothing about
The common sound of your voice screaming, I can change
And I believe you but you never try
So your stuck here in the moment and your barely getting by
Dont tell me that no one's perfect, its just another excuse
A reason to stay trapped beneath fake sympathy
Because youve lost hope and, you pray to an empty sky
Wishing upon stars that have since died
You havent slept in days, do you remember what its like to dream
Before you gave your life away to pride
Give me one reason why I should keep faith in you
I need to see that you willing to sacrifice
Your willing to bleed for the things you want from life
Because this forever ends to soon, and you never get it back
