I am broken-hearted
I am sorrowful
Joy has long departed
I am not beautiful
But I want to hope again
I wish someone would come along
And wash away this pain
And sing to me a love song
I want to find love once more
I dont want to be alone any longer
I long for my heart to be full and out-pour
I want to be stronger
I have waited all my life
I will wait longer still
Until I can be a wife
Until my dream is real
I hope Im not just dreaming
And wishing my life away
While my tears keep streaming
I hope that love finds a way
I want to be able to say
Ive waited my whole life for you
I hope that he will stay
And that we will be one not two
I hope that he finds me
Wherever he may be
