be still where you are
don't move, just listen,
to the song of Gaia
beating just for you...
sit down on some mellow ground
feel the Earths caress you,
let it's waves rush through you
let it be your mother
let it feel you,
kiss it back for all time...
watch the sun smiling
step back, and let it shine
let it penetrate you heart,
to fill you with laughter and love,
and sail with it for all time...
peak out and see the moon
crawling out of light to shine for you,
let it dance before you eyes
bow down and thank
for it's caring time...
go deep beneath your soul
don't move, just listen
let it shine through,
find out what its revealing to you
find,that it was there
since the beginning of time...
