Sitting in hell I watch you climb You carved your path into heaven And I, I sit here lonely and pathetic Waiting on a dream that will never come You had everything handed to you Silver platter and all And I, I had to work, to claw my way up Yet here I stand ignored and you are rewarded Where's the justice that I seek? I don't hate you for being successful Just why, why is it I worked so hard and fell so far While you just floated on up I fear you, I respect you, I envy you But I don't understand you You never help those under your feet Never helping those that helped you I can't believe it I'm sitting in hell while you climb Your face carved in heaven
