FORGET HIM

Contributed by baby_cakes_941 on Wednesday, 30th July 2008 @ 09:23:47 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

forget his name,
forget his face,
forget his kiss
and warm embrace,
forget the love
you once knew,
remember now
there`s someone new,
forget the love
you once shared,
forget the face
you once cared,
forget the time
you spent together,
remember now
he`s gone forever,
forget your cries
all night long,
forget him when
you play your song,
forget how close
you two once were,
remember now
he has chosen her,
forget you memorized his walk,
forget the way he use to talk,
forget the time he got so mad,
remember now he`s happy, not sad,
forget the thrills when he walked by,
forget the times he made you cry,
forget the way he says your name,
remember now, you`re not the same,
forget the times he held your hand,
forget all the sweet things if you can,
forget the times, don`t pretend,
remember now he`s just a friend,
forget the dreams that can`t come true,
forget the boy cause he`s forgotten you

oww, i know how that feels, it seems that they are feeling so happy and your just left there crushed.

i like this poem, i believed you delievered a message saying how hard it can be just to forget all those things you shared. and how each thing can be a hurtle, even if it just something small.

and i like how you realized that since they moved on there nothing left you can do but move on also. =)
