brother of mine

Topic: SadPoetry

In memory of Brian Hartig.

A brother is someone who can't be replaced, someone who will always be there for you and once he's gone, although he's gone for good, he stays in memory and within many hearts. Yet there is no replacing someone so original.

A brother is a God given friend, and a true pal. A brother is someone you WISH you could remember, although you don't. The kind of person you hear stories about him and you cry, laugh, AND smile all at the same time.

Although I've lost one REAL brother I have yet another[[Jason.]]. And God has blessed me by giving me someone who is there for me just like a brother, someone who has known me for practically my whole life and his name is Joey [[Joe.]]

**If God could grant any ONE wish of mine, it'd have to be to have him back, but since he can only be here in memory it'd have to be to let me have just one MEASLY memory of him...**

But I shall be happy with what has been given to me and what has not been taken away.

R.I.P.- Brian Hartig. July 23, 1984- August 17, 1995

it's been thirteen years without you in my life. :'(
