It might be just a feelin'
It might be passin by
She just might be an angel
I might, just be a guy
I ain't nothin' special
But this much I know is true
I am still a'crushin'
Fancied by bright eyes blue
She's got a special heart
Yeah, she's a pretty special gal
I'm stuck here still a'waitin'
I'm prolly' just her pal
So I'll feast on all the feelin'
I'll just have to make pretend
It'll prolly pass by soon
But now I'm happy, least till then
I might be her special someone
But I doubt that is true
I'm just a plain ol' boy

I like it. There could have been a time I may have written something very similar, even down to the bright eyes blue
so I can definitely relate.
