As i walked through the moonlight street
and watched the gleam of glowing concrete
i looked up to see where i was for one moment
and saw something completely gorgeous
like a midnight summers pleasant dream
we locked eyes in the twilight's gleam
you took my breath with your appeal, i couldnt speak
the split second felt like it went on for weeks
And no one else could stain my mind
as your eyes intertwined with mine
out of your presence, i looked down
but when i looked up, you turned around
I wait for a signal all the while
as you said goodbye with just a smile
a smile cute enough to compliment your eyes
and i was too struck to say goodbye
and in this whole split second i made a mistake
i shouldnt have let you walk away
the very definition of gorgeous
your face, i will never forget it.

If I was that girl I would give you the moment back after seeing this...this is so sweet. i've actually had those moments. they stink. grrrr.
