My heart is eternally aching
And as each day passes by
It is ever breaking
Oh how I wish I could fly
I am chained down by sorrow
My life is a stream of sadness
For me there is no tomorrow
For I dwell in darkness
My dreams are no more
My hope departed long ago
Agony falls like a downpour
This is all I know
My heart is a wasteland
There is no light
Only a shadow that expands
I have no will left to fight
There is no life here
All is black
There is only a river made of blood and tears
There is no going back
This is where I dwell now
And shall forever more
Happiness is the one thing I am not allowed
No matter how much I implore
