When you said forever
you only ment goodbye
from that very first kiss
to the moment u let it die
leading on this heart
while yours goes astray
making me believe
that love will find a way
behind every smile
were these eyes of deciet
picking at every emotion i bare
giving u the feeling of defeat
Ive always kept you close
to this heart that beats inside
fighting for every second
to keep this love alive
as you hide from every emotion
to keep away the truth and pain
you search for an escape
but everything remains the same
as time ticks by
your true colors show
revealing how u really feal
saying "there is someting u shoud know"
as i lay my head down
and pray out loud
wishing for the moment
when im laughing in the clouds
but really think
is love true?
are these feelings real?
or are they just somethign new?
love is not a feeling
just something in dreams
something in abstract
its never what it seems...
