open your eyes
do you see what i see?
blood dripping down my arm
and onto my jeans
open your eyes
won't you please
my world is crumbling
right beneath my knees
open your eyes
don't you see the pain?
the hardship?
the sorrow?
the crying in the rain???
open your eyes
something is wrong
can't you tell?
my soul
is gone...
