Moonlight Madness

Contributed by exiled on Thursday, 30th October 2008 @ 11:23:17 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

Addicted to life and its every withering change,
Looking to the starlight,
Which the sun brings to life yet again,
Bloodied and Beaten,
This man filled with rage,
He raises he head up one more time,
He will not be enslaved,
Pushing past the blood and sweat,
Broken bones it has no pain,
Living inside of this tourniquet,
He shall not remain,
Screams fall from a silenced throat,
Only the deaf can hear,
He pushes forward one more time,
Conquer this fear,
Lives twist, and tears fade,
The moonlight upon his face,
Struggeling from the inside,
These demons must be slain,
The moonlight madness has taken over,
Cant you hear the call,
The moonlight madness has taken over,
but this time,
he will not fall!
