I found out
And right away
I called and got
The address that day
The first letter i wrote
Said we could just be friends
But in his letter back
He said he loved me to no end
So i continued to write
And to love him back
Even in spite
Of all the bad
I was there for him
When no one else
And i was there
With nothing for myself
But then i found
That there was no trust
Just worry and grief
And for him just lust
So i cried for a day
And wrote him a letter
To let him know
That things wouldnt get better
With all the worry
While hes gone
And all the worry
When he comes home
I let him know
That i was done
Until he showed
That i was the one
I cant control him
When he gets out
He will cheat, lie, and steal
Its what hes about
So let me just say
That ill be ok
Because I will find
Just what i seek one day
