when i was younger i thought the world a simple place to be, Where people lived and laughed and loved, But now i'm older i can see. What i thought a simple task, to smile every day. The actions of my fellow man, has taken that right away. The tears of many, rain down on me as I watch on in dismay. Im drenched in dissapointment, with each word that they say. Everyday, we're shown just how cruel that man can be, and how it now seems that the few outweigh the many. and with each passing age, and every year that passes on. It hard to understand exactly where we went all wrong. The sunshines down on us all, we sneer "its much too bright." At the last untouched piece of the world. Our life, our love, our light.
