He had strong arms and I felt them wrapping around my soul; and his voice soft beautiful penetrating me.
He listened to me he talked to me and the sex was really my thank you to him for caring about my being lonely.
At least this was the reason for the sex the first time But the shock of it was it felt different creating a dilemma.
I was looking for a cure for lonely and he introduced me me to sexual need. That was not supposed to be in the equation.
Cheating for me had been propelled by a lacking in my current relationship and stumbling forward I realized lonely has more dimensions than I counted on
To continue now is to rent my soul between my needs and the marrige I've built and the children who are my everything.
So my soul sits the fence torn between eternity, heaven, love, marriage, sex and need.

what a messy dilemma. i would only say that lust gives you gratification in abundence now, but disappointment later. but maybe i'm just old-fashioned ( can you be old-fashioned at the age of 19?). i thought the poem itself was in the mould of 'the making it up', which you know that i enjoyed. it was lusty, bold and brash. a dynamite combination.

Ouch... I can relate in some ways. I like the choppiness and the good description. Nice imagery... |
