Dancing hand in hand This mask party is a hit Malicious laughs, the evilest grins We're all introduced a little differently Some better than others
A dance floor covered in broken glass They told us to wear no shoes A party drowning in blood No one said we needed oxygen
Porcelain masks Never knew strangers could be so scary Party turned riot Locked doors, no escape
Fallen candles Red gasoline Fear driven This massacre was bound to happen
Malicious laughs, the evilest grins Never knew strangers could be so scary A dance floor covered in broken glass A party drowning in blood This massacre was bound to happen

I agree, there is a sharp drop in the level of happiness or contentness in the poem; Not that that's a bad thing. I'm not too much of a fan of repetition as you see in lyrical poems, but that's ok, it was your intention and I'm not the one to change you. Overall, 3rd poem or not, good job =P. |
