With every cut
and every stab
comes another wonder
Its a wonder of dislike
a wonder no one likes
that everyone should flee from
Its not a wonder of good
but a wonder of pain
feeling her knife
as it rips into my veins
everywhere I go
and everything Ive tried
no matter who it is
theres no wonder inside
And why she cut on me
to that Ill never know
starting this all over
as I fade into a slow
So I traded that wonder
in place of my faith
I believe now
its all in gods grace
That he will provide
to me once again
but I must be patient
so amen
