People give out all the gifts and presents
but what does it all represent
is it out of love or compassion
Or is it an investment
of what they might get
in return from them giving you a present
what does it all represent
is it all just a show
Just because people want to know
what you'll give in return
I though it was all good will
but my belief has gone down hill
for know when everyone gives out gifts and presents
I can't even think of what it might represent
