and i wonder
as i gaze deep in to your verdant eyes
pondering do you love me
you silently reply
with a flicker of your eye
of course not
you turn hastily and gracefully away
how cruel
but im know fool
i pursue you
theres a trace of longing locked away
a secret
dancing on your lips
its not me
its not you
its the world around restrains our desires
your golden silken lace hair flutters playing in the air
you do care!
the world still
your voice a whisper
you say
it can not be
yu turn and flee from me
but i whisper back
I SEE
