To My Possible Unborn Child

To My Unborn Child
Because first I was scared but now I can see, you may be the best thing that happens to me.

I know that its not normal to have you at this age and time, which is why I hesitate thinking up this rhyme.
I think you could save me from my bad mistakes; I could never risk your health or jeopardize your fait.
I know I am young so my life would be skewed, but I think I could handle it because Id have you.
The guy Im with would be your dad and I havent known him long but better then the dad I had I know he would stand strong.
The things that I would have to change and give up for your presence, are ten times lesser then the blessings broughten by your essence.
I would give you everything aside from unattained wealth, could you be the one who finally saves me from myself?
I would protect you and help you grow and learn now everythings depending on the timeline, egg and sperm.
So if I am not pregnant then I guess that is alright, though in a way I hope youre in there; cmon swimmers, fight!

i think this touches on a subject that most woman go through at one point in time. the struggle that although we know a baby could ruin our lives, it could perhaps bring joy, yet we all know that babies cant fix out problems.
