I Fell Down And Busted Open My Head!

Egad!
I fell down
and I busted my head!
I think I am dying
or maybe am dead!
Moist brain stuff
is oozing right outa' my eyes!
I'm no longer looking
like one of the guys!
I screamed, "I'M UNCONSCIOUS!"
But nobody heard-
My thinking and status
and vision are blurred!
The blood I am losing
is clotting like glue!
and sticking like Elmer's
quite often will do!
My brain's now like pudding
inside of my head!
I think I'm still talking
although I am dead!

| I am not sure what I just read, But it was enjoyable non the less. It reminds me of some of the things in Shel Silverstiens book of poetry titled "Where the Sidewalk Ends." It really flowed quite nicely and the first few lines grabbed me. The last four lines were my favorite, I hope it is not autobiographical. lol |
