I fear to love
And hate when I do
Cause all I really want
Is you
I just can't lose sight
Of who I am today
I need to think of reality
That is the only way
It's just if my heart won't get broken
Then it isn't real
And then I need to protect myself and hide
What I really feel
I have been hurt
Maybe that is a reason to why I think this way
But all I want to find
Is love one day
Cause in life there are no happy endings
Just lovely heart-felt beginings

i liked it. it flowed very well and was poignant. i especially liked the ending, it made me think, which is good.
