Constantly, I'm pushing them all away; The only way I keep myself from breaking. And yet, there is a part of me still aching - So stupidly, I believed you would stay. No matter what, I'll always hate that cliche. I hoped the days would stop that I dreaded waking - And these thoughts my mind would start forsaking; Soon the feelings and memories would decay.
All these walls have kept me from falling down Maybe one day I'll break them all apart But for now I hide. I'll run forever - I know I'll die if I stay in this town. When I leave, I'll take every single part You won't find me; no matter how clever.

i've been taking an interest in italian sonnets recently, but i've not got round to writing one yet lol this was very good, a passionate and eloquent attempt at a very difficult art. good work.
