Im writing just to tell you I love you
And how beautiful you are
And if I could only catch them
Id give you the stars
To try to match the sparkle in your eyes
The color of new leaves
That glistens in the sunlight
Off thousands of trees
The stars that reflect off your hair
Shimmer in the night
But all the stars together
Could not match your light
A thousand years or one
Either can I bide
As long as I am with you
Hand in hand and side by side
The heat of your body
And the warmth of your soul
Fill the cold void in me
And they make me feel whole
No one has ever loved me
As much as you do
And in my darkest times
I know youll pull me through
But all of this together
Could never be enough
To say what I really want to
About the wonders of your love
