THE VAMPYRE # 2.
I know your beyond that window Beckoning curtain of red, Safe within your vault Smothered in unquestioning bed. I feel your dreams, Hear your hands clutching, wringing at your linen seams. Hiding under the covers, My supine light house, deep city lover. You can't keep me out, You must let me in. I feel it, you want me too Let my silky self break in. Forgotten dreams lie in your pillow, As the world tenses & watches Out your silent window.
